Abstract

ABSTRACT

Mosque-surau mentoring is an initiative of the mosque to guide the suraus in the mosque qariah through advisory and teaching services related to good surau governance practices, community programs and activities, and other appropriate efforts to help improve the suraus. It leads to guidance that includes matters related to governance procedures, financial management, knowledge lectures, and da'wah programs and community activities. This study is a conceptual study related to the role of the mosque-surau mentoring program as an effort to guide and help improve the suraus in the mosque qariah. This study was conducted through the library research method by referring to previous studies related to mentoring. The results of this study show that the mosque-surau mentoring program is significant in enriching the suraus with worship practices, da'wah programs, and community activities that are beneficial to the community. The conclusion of this study shows the importance of the mosque-surau mentoring program in the effort to improve the suraus.
